Citybox is located right by Slussen, in the heart of Södermalm. We offer 104 newly designed hotel rooms, created by our in-house interior designers, and we’re now looking for night staff to join our Host team.
You’re someone who enjoys working while the rest of the city sleeps. You’re confident making decisions during the quiet hours and feel comfortable working independently. You see working 7 nights in a row, followed by 7 nights off, as a great schedule.
At Citybox, we love both design and technology, which is why we’ve developed and launched our own self-service check-in terminals. As a Host, your role is to be there for our guests throughout their entire stay. You’ll work partly in the lobby, supporting guests directly, and partly from our Host Office, handling a variety of tasks.

What we are looking for
- Experience as a receptionist or other relevant position in the industry.
- You enjoy working at night.
- You are proactive and enjoy working independently.
- Good at communicating both in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
- Experience of PMS systems is an advantage but not a requirement.
