New and beautifully renovated hotel. It took 30 seconds to check in and get the room key. The room was also ready before check-in time and ready already at 1:00 p.m. Staff were present and checked that everything was working. I recommend this hotel.

Nice, newly renovated building with large rooms and modern bathrooms. Everything is automated, including check-in and check-out. Located right by the pedestrian street in the city center. Please note: Food is not provided.

Beyond all expectations. Liked the HC room. Was upgraded, much to my delight and that of my children. Very nice hotel and great facilities with roof terraces, play areas for children, nice, clean and nice furniture. Very good air quality.

Central, exciting concept! Clean and tidy room, good bed, no reception, you have to arrange everything yourself, no breakfast but vending machines for coffee, bread slices, etc. Breakfast is available around the corner. Parking garage with charging facilities next door. Fine, as long as you are prepared for this concept.

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. If you want to stay a little longer, let us know. You can stay (by request) until 14:00 for free in a double room if you are a Citybox Friend. If you want to stay even longer, you’ll, unfortunately, need to pay for another night as we need time to clean the room before the next guest. You can store luggage with us outside of these hours in our luggage room in the lobby.

Regional bus: This will take you to the hotel in about 40-50 minutes. Get off at Tollbodgata Q, and the hotel is a 7-minute walk away.

Taxi: The taxi queue is right outside the airport and will take you to the hotel in about 20 minutes, depending on traffic. The prices will vary, so asking for a fixed price is smart.

Ridel: Ridel is a more affordable taxi service offering only electric cars. Download their app and use the discount code CITYBOX when ordering to get a 10% discount.

We do recommend choosing regional bus or Ridel for a more sustainable travel.

Yes! Our luggage storage is open for all guests before check-in and after check-out. Simply use the terminals to get a keycard for the luggage room. Please note that luggage is stored at the guest’s own risk. And as always, if you need help ask our hosts at the hotel!

If you need to wash your clothes, there is a self-service laundromat located on the same level as the lobby, next to the guest kitchen. Washing detergent is included in the price, card payments only. The price is 75 NOK for washing and 75 NOK for drying. Open from 09:00 to 21:00.

Breakfast is not included. Coffee and snacks can be purchased at the vending machines in the lobby. We also have a guest kitchen equipped with a microwave oven and kettles, so you are able to prepare your own breakfast.

If you’re craving something else, we recommend that you check out our “The Guide” or ask one of our amazing host for their best tips.

Unfortunately, we don’t have our own parking facilities, but you can use street parking or Slottet Parking Garage, which is located close to the hotel.
